Orange-Basted Salmon Steaks

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
4 Salmon steaks
1/2 Can frozen OJ concentrate
4 Teaspoons soy sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced

Directions:

Place salmon steaks on grill. In a small bowl, stir together orange juice, soy and garlic; baste salmon steaks with this mixture. Cook over low heat in covered grill for about 20 minutes, turning and basting every 5 minutes during cooking.

A citrus blend brings out the salmon's true flavor.
