Living in a Gluten-Free World

Chef Lisa’s Kitchen

Being a restaurant owner/caterer, I’ve learned how to prepare meals for all food requests. I have acquired a skill for cooking and baking gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan. What I love most about what I do is combining fresh, natural and delicious ingredients together to make tasty new recipes.

Not long ago, I was given the task of catering an event with the entire menu to be all of the above. My first thought was a case of bottled water. All kidding aside, I rose to the challenge and created a delicious menu. The crowd favorite was my Beany Ball recipe. The advantage of having a SHOP ‘n SAVE right in my backyard is priceless. Everything I needed to fulfill the needs of my customers was right there on the shelves - organic and free from beans, rice, tomatoes and salsa were all right there at my fingertips. See for yourself just how easy it is to “eat healthy, be healthy” with Wild Harvest.
