Chef Lisa’s Kitchen
The anticipation of the 4th of July Fireworks dates back to my early childhood. The sights and sounds were fascinating to me. After our traditional holiday meal, the family would pile into the station wagon and venture out to the local park to watch the show. I continued this tradition every year since; fireworks, food and fun!
One of my favorite 4th of July dishes is my Firecracker Coleslaw. The sweet and spicy taste is a great side dish to complete your plate. I enjoy the entire process of cooking - planning the meal, shopping and of course, cooking. I know that I am blessed to be able to do what I love each and every day - my inner sparkle shines from the inside out!
Speaking of inside out…making healthy foods for my family and customers is extremely important to me. My motto of Eat Healthy, Be Healthy fits like a glove with the SHOP ‘n SAVE Wild Harvest organic and free from products. I am happy to share with you my version of my fresh, natural and delicious vegetarian 4th of July Firecracker Coleslaw.
