Did you ever find yourself searching in your pantry and refrigerator only to say “We don’t have anything to eat”!? Happens all the time, right? Well guess what, that’s when it’s time to get creative and make something out of nothing. I’ve become an expert at maximizing what’s in my own pantry. Fortunately for me, I recently found some pretty amazing things to work with for my Broken Noodle Stir Fry recipe; a ½ box of broken spaghetti, can of mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame seeds and some frozen vegetables. Not too shabby, right? Check out the recipe below to learn how to make this delicious, healthy meal.

The next time you try to make “something out of nothing,” first take inventory of everything you have in your pantry and refrigerator and don’t forget to check your spices. If your cupboards are bare then you better stock up on basic staple items on your next trip to SHOP ‘n SAVE so you too can make your very own medley.

Till next time,
