Honey Dijon Pulled Pork Slider

Roasted Pork

  • 1 (5 lb.) Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Wild Harvest Light Brown Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Wild Harvest Organic Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Wild Harvest Organic Worcestershire Sauce

Honey Dijon Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Wild Harvest Organic Honey
  • 1/2 cup Wild Harvest Organic Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Wild Harvest Organic Apple Cider
  • 1/4 cup Essential Everyday Horseradish Mustard


Preheat oven 300 degrees. Coat roasting pan with Essential Everyday nonstick pan spray. Place pork into pan. In small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork and roast for six hours. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients and set aside. After pork cooks and rests, place on cutting board and using two forks, begin pulling the meat apart. Coat the pulled pork with the sauce and serve on slider buns. ENJOY
