Farmhouse Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Wild Harvest Olive Oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Wild Harvest Pure Cane Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package Essential Everyday Chili Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 jar Wild Harvest Organic Pasta Sauce
  • 1 can Wild Harvest Organic Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 jar Wild Harvest Medium Salsa
  • 1 can Wild Harvest Organic Black Beans
  • 1 can Wild Harvest Organic Chili Beans in Sauce
  • 1 can Wild Harvest Organic Dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Wild Harvest Organic Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can Wild Harvest Organic Pinto Beans

Directions:

In large skillet cook the ground beef. Drain and place into large stock pot. In same large skillet sauté garlic, onion and pepper in olive oil over medium heat until tender; add to ground beef. Add sugar, salt, pepper, chili seasoning and water over low heat; gradually add sauce, tomatoes, salsa and beans. Stir and continue over low heat until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Serve in bowls!

**If desired serve with dollop of Essential Everyday sour cream & cheddar cheese along with fresh chopped green onions.
