Combining the comforts of the old and the adventures of the new excites me. With my class reunion approaching, I’ve become very fond of my memories of my high school days and look forward to seeing how we all change but somehow stay the same. I know I still have the same outgoing personality, but I happy to say that I also have focused that positive energy into creating a business that shares and educates others on all benefits I have learned as a self-taught chef.

Chicken BLT Salad

- 1 lb. cooked chicken diced
- 1 lb. Essential Everyday Bacon cooked and chopped
- 7 tomatoes diced
- 7 heads of Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Essential Everyday Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bottle Wild Harvest Organic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
In 7 qt. size Mason Jars, layer the lettuce, chicken, cheese, bacon then top with tomatoes. Portion the ranch dressing into 7 individual cups. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
