RECALL: Fresh cut watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and fresh-cut fruit medley produced at Caito Foods facility

Dear Valued Customers,

On June 8, 2018, Caito Foods, LLC recalled fresh cut watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and fresh-cut fruit medley products containing contaminated melon produced at the Caito Foods facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, as this product has been linked to a salmonella outbreak. We have reason to believe that products from two of our stores (Route 66 and Murrysville) are a part of this recall. The safety and health of our customers is our top priority, which is why we have pulled this product from our shelves. Customers who have purchased this product should throw it away immediately and bring their receipt in-store for a full refund. We would also like to ensure our customers that the majority of our produce is sourced by a distributor based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Produce sourced from this location has NOT been affected by this outbreak. We will continue to update you in a timely manner on any further information related to this situation.

Thank you,
