Avocado Kale Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings



In a blender combine kale and coconut milk and blend until completely smooth.

Add avocado, pineapple, and honey or agave and blend again until smooth.

Place a little honey or agave on a small plate and dip the rims of 2 tall glasses in it.

Rim the glasses with chia seeds.

Pour smoothie into glasses or bowls and garnish with blueberries and your favorite toppings.
