Crunchy Bacon Coleslaw

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

3/4 cup Miracle Whip

1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

4 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup chopped peanuts

4 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked and crumbled

Large lettuce leaves

Add To

Directions:

Mix dressing, sugar and vinegar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
