Grilled Ham Slice with Pineapple Salsa

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

2 tablespoons orange marmalade

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

2 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno chile

2 teaspoons lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 fully cooked center cut ham, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well and set aside.

Place ham on grill over medium heat and cook 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning 3-4 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.
