Apple Waldorf Salad

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup plain yogurt

2 medium apples, cut into bite size chunks

1/2 fresh pineapple cut into bite size chunks

2 celery stalks, sliced

3/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted

1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and yogurt until blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate to chill and blend flavors; mix before serving.
