White Chocolate Cheesecake
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
| 2 | pkgs. | (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened | |

| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | eggs | ||
|
|
|||
| 2/3 | cup | white chocolate chips, divided | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | (6 oz.) ready to use chocolate graham crust | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add Eggs; mix until blended. Stir in 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips. Pour into crust and sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until
center is almost set. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
