Grilled Sirloin Salad

Use leftover sirloin steak to make this quick and delicious salad!

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

precooked grilled sirloin steak strips

2 bags your favorite ready-to-use-salad greens

1 small Bermuda onion, sliced

1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms

1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Vinaigrette Dressing:*

1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil

3 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon sugar

*OR 1/4 cup bottled Balsamic vinaigrette

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

Directions:

In small bowl, whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette. *To save even more time use bottled balsamic vinaigrette.

In large bowl, combine salad greens, steak strips, onion and mushrooms. Toss with vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
