Chocolate Covered Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients

1/2 package (8 ounce) Essential Everyday Cream Cheese, softened

3 Tablespoons Essential Everyday Powdered Sugar

1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Pure Vanilla Extract

1 pound fresh strawberries, cleaned and dried

4 squares Essential Everyday Chocolate Flavored Almond Bark

Directions:

In small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until well combined. Cut a small hole in the top of each strawberry and stuff with small amount of cheese mixture; set aside.

Melt almond bark according to package directions. Dip one strawberry in almond bark; set on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.

Refrigerate strawberries until almond bark is firm (about 30 minutes). Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
