SHOP 'n SAVE independent owners and operators, customers, vendors and employees are committed to helping MDA find a cure for neuromuscular disease.
During the 2016 fundraising season, the SHOP ‘n SAVE group raised and donated $121,912 to this worthy cause. In addition to employees at all of our stores selling green and gold Shamrocks to help with the fight against muscular dystrophy, SHOP 'n SAVE and MDA also hold the Walter Knopp Golf Classic in July and in August customers support the Aisles of Smiles program.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association is the world’s leading nonprofit health agency dedicated to finding treatments and cures for muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neuromuscular diseases. It does so by funding worldwide research; by providing comprehensive health care services and support to MDA families nationwide; and by rallying communities to fight back through advocacy, fundraising and local engagement.
