How to Register for S.E.E.D.

  1. Select a representative from your school or parent-teacher group who will organize your Perks Card drive and serve as your school’s contact person.
  2. Your designated contact person must register your school online and obtain a unique I.D. number, which you will need to apply to your Perks Card.
  3. Swipe your Perks Card every time you shop at SHOP 'n SAVE and your purchases will automatically be added to your school's total. Each student attending the assembly requires $250 to be spent.
  4. Accumulate points and decide which assemblies you want to schedule during the school year. For S.E.E.D. Partner Program content, have your designated contact person, book your assemblies by printing and filling out this form, then contact:

Can't find your school?

A representative from your school or parent-teacher group can officially register your school online and obtain a unique I.D. Number. This number will easily allow you to link your PERKs card to the S.E.E.D. Program and start supporting your local school.

School representatives can contact Jessica.D.Kiliany@supervalu.com - 724-925-5725 to add your local school to the S.E.E.D. Program and receive an I.D. Number.

Once your school has been registered, check back to track how much your school has earned toward assemblies.
