Fresh Fruit Dip
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
| 2 | cartons | (8 oz.) lemon yogurt | |

| 1/4 | cup | blanched almonds, chopped and toasted | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | grated orange rind | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | orange juice | |
|
|
|||
| apples, sliced | |||
|
|
|||
| cantaloupe, cubed | |||
|
|
|||
| strawberries | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
