Lemon Shrimp Ravioli Toss

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups refrigerated cheese ravioli

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3/4 teaspoon snipped fresh basil

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1-1/3 cup cooked medium shrimp

3-4 fresh asparagus spears

fresh lemon slices

Directions:

Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, basil and lemon peel. Add shrimp, asparagus and ravioli; toss to coat. Heat through for 2-4 minutes and serve with fresh lemon slices.
