2 cups white beans (cannellini), cooked or canned, drained

1 can (6 oz.) tuna (preferably packed in oil), drained and flaked

1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

Olive oil, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
