2 cups orange segments, membranes removed and cut into half-inch pieces (2-3 oranges)

1/2 cup chopped sweet onion

1/2 cup chopped, peeled apple or jicama

2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno or other chili pepper
