Sweet and Sour Radishes

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1/3 cup vinegar

3 Tablespoons water

4 teaspoons granulated sugar

1 Tablespoon snipped fresh dill

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced, optional

2 cups small whole radishes or large radishes cut in half

Add To

Directions:

Combine vinegar, water, sugar, dill, garlic, salt, and chili pepper (optional) in a sealable gallon size plastic bag.

Add radishes, seal bag and ensure that all radishes have been covered with vinegar marinade.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving, turning bag occasionally.
