Mexican Layered Dip
Serve with warm tortilla chips
Ingredients
| 1 | lb. | ground beef | |

| 1 | pkg. | taco mix | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (16 oz.) refried beans | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) cream cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | container | (16 oz.) sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | jar | (16 oz.) salsa | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | pkg. | (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
1st Layer: Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco mix and refried beans and stir together. Spread on serving platter.
2nd Layer: In separate bowl, blend together cream cheese and sour cream. Drop by tablespoon onto ground beef mixture.
3rd Layer: Drop salsa by teaspoonful onto cream cheese mixture.
4th Layer: Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over top to cover.
