Pepperoni Pizzas
Serve for lunch, as an afterschool snack, or a party food
Yield: Makes 8
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese | |

|
|||
| 1 | cup | sliced pitted ripe olives | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | ounces | pepperoni, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | Hellman's Best Foods Real Mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | English muffins, split, toasted | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In medium bowl stir together cheese, olives, pepperoni, mayonnaise and seasoning. Spoon onto muffin halves. Broil 6 inches from source of heat about 5 minutes or until browned.
