Bleu Cheese And Frosted Raspberry Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | fresh raspberries | |

| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | package | (5 oz.) salad greens | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | bleu cheese, crumbled | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | raspberry vinaigrette | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a small bowl, gently toss raspberries with sugar and set aside. Divide salad greens among 4 salad plates. Top each with bleu cheese and frosted raspberries; drizzle with vinaigrette.
