Whole Wheat Waffles

Yield: 10 waffles (8 inch)



In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute until frothy. Add the milk, yogurt and vanilla. Mix well.

Combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir into milk mixture just until combined. Pour into a waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions.
