Blueberry Mango Colada Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | fresh blueberries | |

| 2 | mangoes, peeled and sliced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | frozen pina colada mix, thawed | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | Tablespoon | dark rum | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, mangos, pina colada mix and rum. Spoon the fruit mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Garnish with blueberries and mango slices.
