Asian Ribeye With Grilled Pineapple
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 3/4 | cup | Asian dressing | |

|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | packed brown sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cloves | garlic, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | fresh ginger, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | ribeye steaks | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | medium pineapple, peeled and cut into thick slices | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine dressing, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; mix well.
In a shallow baking dish, pour 1/2 cup of marinade over steaks, turning steaks to coat. Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill steaks and pineapple, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade, until steaks are cooked as desired.
