Grilled Cheese Margherita
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
| 2 | slices | sourdough bread | |

|||
| 4 | teaspoons | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | slice | Kraft cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | slices | tomato, thinly sliced | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | shredded mozzarella cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat.
Spread 2 teaspoons mayonnaise on the outside of each slice of bread.
Top bread with Kraft Single, tomato, mozzarella cheese and basil. Cover with remaining slice of bread.
Cook in skillet on medium heat, 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
