Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds 93% extra lean ground turkey breast

1/2 cup finely chopped Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Spinach Leaves

1 Wild Harvest Organic Large Brown Egg, beaten

1 teaspoon chopped Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Baby Dill

1/2 teaspoon Wild Harvest Organic Ground Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Wild Harvest Natural Sea Salt

5 tablespoons Boursin® spreadable herb and garlic cheese, divided

1/4 cup roasted red peppers

10 Kalamata olives

2 tablespoons torn Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Italian Parsley

4 crusty hamburger buns, sliced, toasted

tomato slices

Directions:

Prepare grill to medium heat. In medium bowl, combine turkey, spinach, egg, dill, pepper and salt. Form into 8 thin patties. Place 1 tablespoon of cheese in center of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch sides to seal.

Place burgers on grill. Grill 6-8 minutes per side, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F on an instant read thermometer.

Meanwhile, in food processor or blender, combine roasted red peppers, olives, parsley and remaining 1 tablespoon cheese; salt and pepper to taste. Process until a paste forms. Spread paste on toasted buns. Top with tomato slices, burgers and cucumber slices.
